I fell in love with the magic that happens when good software precisely addresses a customer's problem more than 15 years ago. Since then, I’ve been shaping products both in-house and on the consulting side. From small startups to large enterprises, I’ve seen what works.

I know what happens when methodologies meet reality—and what’s needed to get things off the ground when they do.

I start with people and teams, because only when people feel comfortable, can contribute, and are enabled to learn continuously do strong product organizations emerge. From those come products that truly help customers—and that, in turn, lead to commercial success. In that order.

A perfect wave that has travelled across the whole Atlantic Ocean, a kite, some wind. And I am in flow. That has not always been like that. Listening intently to someone. Giving space. Asking the right questions. Seeing something shift. And I am in flow. So I did dig deep, learned everything there is to learn around flow and now I am coaching people to find their flow out there on the ocean or in the mountains but also at work in those ever faster, constantly transforming organisations.
